Return & Refund Policy


At M4R7Y Motorsport, many of our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand fulfilment partners. Because of this, we aim to keep our return process fair, clear and transparent.


Returns


We only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive:


- damaged

- defective

- incorrect

- or significantly different from the item ordered.


If your item arrives with a problem, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:


- your order number

- a description of the issue

- and clear photos of the item.


Non-Returnable Items


Because products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:


- incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

- buyer’s remorse

- change of mind

- minor print placement variations

- slight colour differences caused by screen settings.


Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.


Refunds


If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.


Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Order Cancellations


Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.


Once an item has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled because products are custom made for each order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the issue quickly.
