Due to the nature of digital products, all wallpaper downloads and digital items are non-refundable once purchased and delivered.

If you experience any issues with your download, including:

Corrupted files

Incorrect files received

Download problems

please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For physical products such as apparel or accessories, refund or replacement requests may be accepted if:

The item arrives damaged

The wrong item is received

The item is lost in transit

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
