Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

During busy periods, launches or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Typical delivery estimates:

- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

- Europe: 5–15 business days

- United States & Canada: 5–15 business days

- Australia & New Zealand: 7–20 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery windows and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Delays

- carrier disruptions

- weather conditions

- international shipping delays

- peak holiday periods.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already entered production or shipment, we may not be able to replace or refund the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
